Attendance Guidelines

ATTENDANCE UPDATE as of March 6th 2022

  • If your student needs to leave school early, and the parent is ON CAMPUS the parent or guardian MUST COME INTO the main office to sign them out.

  • If someone other than a parent or guardian will pick up your child, please let us know their full name and relationship to your family (grandparent, older sister, friend, etc.) and remind them they will need to come into the office to sign out your student.

  • If your student is a driver or walks home please let us know that you have given them permission to sign out and drive/walk home.

Oregon law requires parents/guardians to see that children between the ages of 7 and 18 years attend school regularly. It is the legal responsibility of the parent to have their children in school, and ensure the student attends school regularly and on a timely manner (reference OR law: 339.020). This responsibility lies with the student as well.
