How to leave the PERFECT attendance message

Did you know the attendance hotline recieves over 100 call a day? In order to accurately and in a timely manner "pull" messages and input attendance, it's helpful to provide key information, keep your message short and to the point. 

The Perfect Message

Full day absence: 

"Hello, I'm calling for my daughter, student ID # xxxxxx. Her name is _______. She will be absent today, Monday December 1st because she is sick. This is her father, ________. Thank you."

Partial day absence:

"Hello, I am calling for my son, student ID # xxxxxx. His name is ________. He will miss 1st and 2nd block due to a doctor appointment.  This is his mother, ______. Thank you.
