Pre-Arranged Absence form

If your student is planning on missing several days of school for: vacation, college visit, out of town sporting event, etc. please download the Pre Arranged absence form for your student to have teachers sign and turn into the attendance secretary.

Please note that per Oregon Department of Education Law (OAR) 581-02-0006 (4)(b), if your student misses more than 10 consecutive school days they will be dropped from Tigard High School. If your student will miss more than 10 school days please still fill out the form and call our counseling office to speak with their counselor/registrar.
